A description of the hydraulic components storage building should be added to the <br />facilities section in the permit. Please forward a revised page, which can be inserted into <br />the permit. <br />MCC Response: <br />1. Attached is a copy of the page change (page 2.05-18) as requested by the Division, <br />Division Comment: <br />2. The estimate has been reviewed by the Division. The liability associated with this <br />revision is $4,563.0O...etc. <br />MCC Comment: <br />2. MCC concurs with the Division's estimate of $4,563.00 for this minor revision. <br />
