Lope <br />DATE: April 22, 1982 <br />Following is a brief summary of the contents of an application to be <br />considered for group presentation. The information is accurate as <br />of the above date. <br />Operator Hart Rok Redi-Mix Concrete, Inc. <br />File Nos. 77-795. 77-795 & 77-197 <br />Operation Type Open pit 4ravel (all limited impact permits) <br />General Location 77-195: b.0 acres, about 1 mile NW of Salida; <br />77-196: 9.5 acres, about 1.5 miles N of Buena Vista; 77-197: 9.8 acres, <br />Acres about 1 mile S of Salida; all in Chaffee County <br />Mining Plan This is a request for transfer of permit and succession of <br />operator to Hard Rock Pa vi n4 and Redi-Mix, Inc. for all three of these. <br />limited impact permits.
