Inc. has filed an <br />application for a Permit to mine limestone <br />at the following Segal description: SE!:, Sec. 36. T55. R891L, 6th P."4. <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for n~snace .The <br />deadline for persons to file statements regarding this operation, or to <br />petition for a !searing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board to consider <br />the granting of a Permit is set by law; for information please call this <br />office. <br />Prior to Board approval the applicant's proposed mining and reclamation <br />plans must be in conformance with Zoca1 zoning 6rdinances, subdivision <br />regulations, or master plan. Pursuant to Sections 39-32-109(6) and <br />34-32-115 (e) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101 <br />et sic., please inform the Afined Land Reclamation Division as to tie status <br />of the above captioned site with regard to conformance with your Ioca1 <br />zoning laws.
