Tu ttl e: <br />This is to inform you that as of the date of this letter Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division is in receipt of your annual fee, annual report, and the <br />civil penalty assessed for the above referenced mining operation. The annual <br />fee violation M-91-036 has now been abated and no further action will be taken <br />to revoke your permit. Please make note of your anniversary date of March 28 <br />for the 1992 reporting period.
