Pease be advised that on May 2, 1997, Las Animas County, whose address and telephone numbzr are
200 E First Street, Rm 104. Trinidad, CO 81082: [phone], filed an application to convert
M-83-039, Airpon Gravel Ptt, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular
Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 21,
Township 32.5, Rangz 62.W. 6th Prime Meridian, in Las Animas County. The application decision is
scheduled for August 4, 1997.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Las Animas County Clerk ~ Recorder's office and
