This extension will allow PRCC and PRCC
additional time to evaluate and respond to the preliminary adequacy concerns
addressed in your letter dated October 29, 1992.
It is understood that since the renewal application was submitted 180 days
prior to the permit expiration date, PRCC may continue to operate under the
existing permit until such time all adequacy concerns are addressed. Should
you require additional information regarding this extension request, please
let me know.
Sin ly,
Greg J s
Envi pecialist
GEJ/dag
c: W.
