The request <br />was deemed complete by this Division on September l7, 1997. The acreage requested for release is 477.4 <br />acres within the area known as Mine 2. The amount requested for release is $95,480.00. The area <br />requested for release lies within portions of Sections 19, 20, & 30, TSN, R86W and portions of Sections <br />24, 25, & 36, TSN, R87W, 6th P.M., Routt County, Colorado. The surface ownership is private, and the <br />coal mined was federal and private. <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon as <br />it has been scheduled.
