Pursuant to the requirement of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act* to
inform counties and certain municipalities of mining and reclamation permit
amendments filed with this office, please know that Robinson Brick Co. has
filed to conduct a surface mining operation of 1364 acres, at or near Sections
16, 20 and 21.0, Township 12 S, Range 62 W, 6th Prime Meridian.
