As part of the
succession of operator approval, the Division routinely conducts a
financial warranty inspection to insure that enough bond is in
place to reclaim the site in the event of bond forfeiture.
On May 22, 1997 a financial warranty inspection was conducted at
your site. The result of that inspection and subsequent re-
calculation indicated that the site is currently under bonded by
$6,415.00. Therefore, this letter is written to inform you that
your financial warranty will need to be revised from its current
amount of $5,000.00 to $11,415.00 within 60 days of receipt of this
letter.
A copy of calculations used to determine this cost is attached for
your review. If you have any questions about this process or how
the bond was calculated, please contact Carl Mount or me at (303)
866-3567.
Sincerely,
Anthony J.
