The normal amendment application fee will not be <br /> required. However,the operator mast submit the standard fee required for a technical <br /> revision. The operator shall notice according to the standard notice requimmens for a <br /> permit amendment. If the Division receives an objection to the application,the operator <br /> shall provide the remainder of the standard fee for a pernd[amendment within 15 calendar <br /> days of the objection. If the required standard fee is not received by the specified date,the <br /> Division may deny the application. <br /> This policy is not applicable and can not be used as a method to correct an existing or potential <br /> violation. <br /> C*Uoy�naaeh.w <br />
