Technical Revision/Affected Land Exchange <br /> Dear Mr. Sorenson: <br /> Climax Molybdenum Company, Henderson Mine and Mill hereby submits a Technical <br /> Revision/Affected Land Exchange (TR) to rectify the four deficiencies noted in your site <br /> inspection of August 6, 1998. According to Division policy on such affected land exchanges, a <br /> standard request for release of reclamation liability for the exchange lands must be approved <br /> prior approval of the TR. This request was submitted March 12, 1999. The Affected Land <br /> Exchange component of this TR requires public notification per Rule 1.6.2. As discussed in the <br /> TR, public notification information is found in Appendix C. Proof of publication and copies of <br /> return receipts from the Board of County Commissioners, Soil Conservation District, ancf — <br /> landowners within 200' of the affected lands in question will be forwarded to your office when <br /> received.
