Canany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />As a result of DMG's Midterm Review No. 5 of Trapper Mine, Permit C-1981-010, on July 5, 2005. <br />During this review the Division determined that an increase in Trapper's reclamation liability was <br />warranted. Enclosed, please find the Division's proposed decision to increase TMI's reclamation liability <br />by $2,586,158.00 (Rule 3.02.2(4}). TMI's total reclamation liability for the Trapper Mine will be <br />increased to $27,681,361.00. <br />This proposed decision will be published in the Craig Daily Press, once a week for two consecutive weeks. <br />As an interested party, OSM may request a formal hearing by the Mined Land Reclamation Board, such <br />request must be made, in writing, within 30 days of the first publication (Rule 2.07.4(3)). <br />Please call me should you have any questions. <br />Sincere) , <br />- i' ~ <br />J et H.
