Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) proposed a decision to <br />approve the Technical Revision No. 4-50 (TR-50) application to Pel~ttlit C-1982-056 on <br />October 13, 2005. Public notice of the proposed decision was published on October 16, <br />2005, in the Steamboat Pilot & Today. The 10-day public comment period following the <br />publication closed on October 26, 2005. No comments were received in response to the <br />notice. The approval proposed decision of the TR-50 application as of October 13, 2005 <br />is final as of October 26, 2005.
