Ave., Canon City, CO 8]212; [phone], filed an application to convert M-1989-084, Oak Creek Gravel
Pit, a 110(c) Linuted Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit.
The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 23, Township 205, Range 71 W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in FrE:morrt County. The application decision is scheduled for November 5, 2001.
