r <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a <br />approve a technical revision to the mining and reclamation <br />Munger Canyon Mine, Permit No. C-81-020, operated by Salt <br />Company, under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Act of 1979. The proposed technical revision (TR - 007) <br />Creek Mining Company, on Auqust 12, 1991 for the Munger Ca <br />affected area is located in portions of Sections 21, 27, 2 <br />34 T7S, R102W, 6th Principal Meridian, <br />Section 34 T2N, R3W Ute Principal Meridian <br />proposed decision to <br />plans for the <br />Creek Mining <br />Mining Reclamation <br />was submitted by Salt <br />nyon Mine. The <br />8, 29, 31, 32, 33, <br />Section 3 T1N, R3W Ute Principal Meridian, in Garfield County <br />The subject technical revision demonstrates alternative sediment control for <br />four small areas within the permit boundaries. <br />Copies of the proposed technical revision are available for review at the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division office, 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br />215, Denver, Colorado 80203, and at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood <br />Springs, Colorado. Any person who has an interest which is or may be <br />adversely affected may request a formal hearing regarding this proposed <br />decision. Requests for a formal hearing must be made in writing within ten <br />(10) days of this publication and shall state with reasonable specificity the <br />reasons for the request and objections to the proposed decision. <br />JB/eke <br />5286G <br />
