<br />NOTICE OF FILING AMENDED APPLICATION <br />FOR COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION PERMTT <br />FOR REGULAR (112) GRAVEL PIT OPERATION <br />NOTICE TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />OF THE DELTA SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />RE: ANTELOPE HILL GRAVEL PIT <br />Delta County has applied to the Division of Minerals & Geology ("the Board) for an <br />amendment to an existing DMG gravel pit application to conduct mining operations in <br />Delta County, to include additional acreage. The attached information is being provided <br />to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire application <br />is on file with the Colorado Division of Minerals & Geology ("the Division") and the <br />Delta County Clerk & Recorder. <br />Delta County proposes to reclaim the affected land for wildlife habitat. Pursuant to <br />C.R.S. 3432-116(7)(j) the Boazd is required to confer with the local Soil Conservation <br />Districts before approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would <br />appi,-eciate your comments on the proposed operation.
