E.ox 488, <br />188 Grant Street, Walden, CO 80480; (970) 723-4481, filed an application to convert M-1978-266, Riley Gravel Pit, a <br />110(cj Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining <br />and reclarnation operation is located at or neaz Section 15, Township 7N, Range 78W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Jackson <br />County. The application decision is scheduled for March 7, 2005. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Jackson County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make commenss or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the dale of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered ui the application review process by the Division.
