I would like to take this opportunity to <br />provide you with an update on our process for complying with your <br />request. <br />A review of the permit files indicates an outstanding civil penalty <br />balance of $8,350.00. The first is to simply remit the outstanding balance to <br />our office by February 23, 1993. <br />The second would be to include payment of the $8,350 as part of an <br />uncontested agreement between Trinidad Basin Mining Company and the <br />State for the revocation of the mining permit and forfeiture of the <br />financial warranty. <br />
