DIVISIOn 0~ MIr1e~~i5 i, u.~.J .,, AGREEMENT OF COMPENSATION ~ The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that landowners which liv next to a proposed mining operation be informed about the mine and the reclamation. F her, the Act provides protection for your structures which aze within 200 feet of a mining op ration. In order for this operation to be closer than 200 feet to your structures, we need our permission. We must commit to repairing, replacing, or compensating you for any damage at might be caused to these structures by our mining operation. With this agreement, we are requesting your authorization to conduct our minin operation closer than 200 feet to you structures which may include fences, irrigation ditch s, roads, railroads, gas/water pipelines, houses, and other buildings. [n addition, we co it that if our operation causes damage to any of these structures we will repair them, replace t em, or compensate you for their value.
