BOX 2707 <br />Durango, CO 81302 <br />RE: Triangle One Pit, Conversion Approval, Permit No. M-80-228, Revision No. CN-1 <br />Dear Mr. Pettigrew: <br />On August 18, 1998 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Conversio^ application <br />submitted to the Division on Apri122, 1998, addressing the following: <br />This conversion to a 112 permit involves the adding of 9.76 acres to the permit area. No more <br />mining will occur, only the processing of imported aggregates. Processing includes concrete <br />batching. The perimeter slopes will be revegetated. The floor will remain an industrial area, <br />so stockpiles and plant will not be removed. <br />The terms of the Conversion No. 1 approved by the Divisiou are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-80-228.
