The proposed mine is <br />known as the Penrose Ranch's, and is located at or near Sections 18, 19, <br />20, 30, 31, 32, Township 19 south, Range 68 west, 6th Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed commencement is May 01,2003, and the proposed date of <br />completion:is Life of the Mine. The proposed future use of the land is <br />rangeland. , <br />Additiona_1 information and tentative decision date maybe obtained from <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br />215,Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Fremont <br />County Clerk and Recorder's Office; 615 Macon Ave., Canon City, <br />Colorado 81212, or the above named applicant.
