<br /> <br />10. The third party sampling contractor shall document its compliance with <br />the approved TR-006 protocol. <br />D. Reports <br />1. A summary report will be prepared subsequent to the completion of <br />each sampling event and the receipt of the analytical results from the <br />chosen laboratory. <br />2. The summary reports will include a summary of the sartppling activities, <br />sampling observation documentation, "chain of custody" documentation, <br />the verbatim analytical results from the laboratory, widh comments on <br />unusual or unexpected results, and recommendations for minor <br />sampling changes, if indicated by the analytical result3. <br />E. Malysis of Samples <br />1. Samples collected hereunder shall be analyzed by t}he independent <br />analytical laboratory designated by DMG for the followYng parameters: <br />Total Cyanide, WAD Cyanide and Copper in accordance with the <br />approved analytical protocol set forth in TR No. 006. <br />2. In accordance with the approved TR No. 006 protocol, "field blanks", <br />"rinse blanks", and "duplicate samples" will be submittedl for analysis by <br />the third party sampling contractor, at the con[ractor's discretion, with <br />the concurrence of the DMG project manager. <br />3. If analytical interferences are suspected to exist, ylte third party <br />sampling contractor may direct the analytical IaboraQory to perform <br />analysis for additional parameters, with the concurrence of the DMG <br />project manager, after notification of BMRI. <br />F. Submittal of Invoices <br />1. The Contract for Environmental Sampling Service3 requires that <br />invoices be submitted to DMG's project manager. <br />2. The DMG project manager shall review and approve the invoice(s), <br />and return said invoice(s) to the third party sampling .contractor with <br />comments for possible revision. <br />-5- <br />
