A list of name, titles, and companies of aII persons who <br />prepared the content of the annual repast and participated !a <br />monitoring activities fns that year. <br />~. A copy of Corps permit, nay attached. Special Conditions, <br />and nay subsequent Letters of Modfficatioa. as as appendix. <br />a Analysis of all quantitative monitoring data. <br />d. Priab of all included monitoring photographs <br />(photocopies not acceptable). <br />e. Maps identifying monitoring areas, transecb, pLmttag <br />canes. etc.. as appropriate. Schedule <br />Since pLmting and/or site modfficatioa may not occur whea'pLuzaed, <br />monitoring and performance criteria shall be tied to the actual implementation <br />date rather than to predetermined years, e.g. the first annual report shoo be <br />delivered on (month, day) of the year following the first growing season after <br />planting. <br />Vl~. NotiScaiion of Completion <br />When the initial monitoring period 1s complete, and Tf applicant believes <br />Snal success csiteria have been met, applicant shall. notify the Corps when <br />' submitting the annual report that document this completion.
