A concerned BMG employee is anonymously
claiming that tanks 5 and 7 have been leaking for over two years and that little or
nothing is being done by BMG to correct the problem. Further, it is alleged that BMG
is covering up this serious matter.
In the interest of the health and safety of our community, we ask yqu to please
investigate this matter. The credibility of Battle Mountain Gold Company within our
community is not good. A denial of these allegations by them would be urhsatisfactory.
We hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely,
`~/J ,
~~ ~`
Charlie J. a uez, r.
President
