The Division is returning the Transfer of Permit and <br />Succession of Operators Application form for the following: <br />The Division requires the successor operator company name be listed consistently throughout this document and <br />must be consistent with the Colorado Secretary of State's listing of your company name. The Colorado Secretary <br />of State lists your company as "Rocky Mountain Materials and Asphalt, Inc." (please note the word "and" is used <br />rather than "&" and that the words "Asphalt" and "Inc." are used.
