Lucero <br />Pursuant to the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations, Rule 2.7.1 (2) (d) and (e), the Pre- <br />Hearing Order that will be prepared as a result of the Pre-Hearing Conference in this matter should <br />include lists of witnesses and exhibits [he parties intend to introduce at [he final hearing in support of <br />their issues. Please bring any such lists to the Pre-Hearing Conference for attachment to the Pre- <br />Hearing Order. Also note that if a party attempts at the final hearing to introduce exhibits and <br />witnesses not listed as part of the pre-Hearing Order, other parties may object on grounds that they had <br />no opportunity to prepare a response to such introductions. <br />The draft Pre-Hearing Order will be delivered to all parties to the Final Hearing at least 3 days prior to <br />the Board meeting date. <br />The formal Public Hearing on this matter has been scheduled before the Board during its January 26- <br />27, 2000 meeting in Room 318, 1313 Sherman St., Denver, Colorado. The meeting starts at 9:00 a.m. <br />each day and this matter will be considered by the Board as the schedule allows. Please call the <br />Division no sooner that Friday, January 21, 2000 to find out which day the hearing will be held. <br />If you are a party to a matter before the Board and you wish to withdraw from party status, you must <br />do so in a written request to the Mined Land Reclamation Board, care of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, prior to or a[ [he Board hearing on [his matter.
