In Colorado and Wyoming
'
Mr. Worthington has directed numerous complete site tnves lgations and
geohydrologic studies incorporating characterization of surface an ground water
' systems, local and regional water balances, 9eochemical evaluations,
interpretation of impacts, data analysis, and preparation of repo ts. He also
has been responsible for hydrologic evaluations and design of re lamation and
closure plans at RCRA, CE_RCLA, and mine sites. Mr. Worthington has over ten
years of experience in the engineering performance of surface water, round water,
and soils investigations as well as practical field investigations. Civil Engineering, Colorado State University, 1986
Mr. Leonhardt has been actively involved in surface water, ground water
' and solid waste characterization studies and reclamation design. Fie d experience
includes supervision of drilling and well completion operations, ground water
sampling, surface and Sub-surface solid waste sampling, field QA/QC n solid waste
reclamation projects, and supervision of drainage inventories i cluding flow
measurement, field parameter measurement and water sampling. Res onsibilities
' include work plan development, data analysis and interpretation
preparation. Specific project involvement includes a hydrologic and report
nvestigation
of an acidic mine drainage affected basin and development of a clo ure plan for
a RCRA hazardous waste site.
