If not successful, please propose alterations to <br />the present sediment control plan to ensure success. <br />C. Subsidence <br />1. Has subsidence data at Golden Eagle confirmed the prediction of <br />subsidence as stated in the permit application? Please include <br />material damage in you analysis. Also, please include aquifers <br />and water use in the discussion of renewable resources. <br />2. Please update the structure inventory map. Per <br />Rule 2.05.6(6)(a), this inventory must include the permit area <br />and the adjacent area. <br />3. Please provide an updated and certified mine progress map. <br />4. Please update the surface owners' map. <br />D. Bond <br />1. Please update the bond calculation in Exhibit 19. <br />2. Please include a bond calculation for the maximum amount of <br />coal that is being stored at Golden Eagle. The Division policy <br />is that sufficient bond must be posted to cover the cost of <br />either burying or transporting to an approved site one half of <br />the maximum tonnage capacity. The operator must submit the <br />plan for the Division's approval. <br />E. Maps <br />1. Please certify any map that specifically requires <br />certification. <br />The Division may have additional questions regarding this permit <br />renewal application.
