An assessment conference was <br />held at the Division's office on July 27, 1993. In attendance at <br />the conference, in addition to yourself and me, were Kent Gorham <br />and Dave Berry representing the Division and Rick Mills <br />representing Twentymile Coal Company. If you agree with the <br />penalty, please sign the settlement agreement within ten (10) <br />days as instructed on the form. If you disagree with the <br />settlement agreement, do not sign it.
