The following is a listing of the Notice of Violations: <br />NOV C-93-013 - This NOV has been completed by the installation of <br />all required signs and markers. <br />NOV C-93-014 - A TR has been submitted for the culverts and <br />sediment control system. This TR is currently being reviewed by <br />the Division. The topsoil stockpile demonstrations have also been <br />submitted. <br />NOV C-93-015 - The haul road information has been submitted to the <br />Division. An extension for the completion of abatement for designs <br />of Ponds 002, 002A, 002B and the river side ponds of this NOV is <br />requested. <br />NOV C-93-016 - An MR has been submitted to increase the size of the <br />surface disturbance area. Debris down stream of the mine in <br />Ciruela Canyon has. been removed. Partial cleaning of the other <br />area has been completed. An extension for the completion of <br />abatement for this NOV is requested. <br />NOV C-93-017 - A rubber gasket has been installed in the Pond 003 <br />gate valve which has eliminated the leak. A TR for Pond 005 has <br />been submitted and we request an extension for the abatement until <br />the Division has approved the design and the construction has been <br />completed. Demonstrations for the SAES have been submitted. <br />NOV C-93-018 - A TR for ditches 1, 2, and 3 and associated area <br />will be submitted. Ditches 6, 10, 11, 13, 15, and 18 have been <br />
