This <br />pit will be used for disposal of coal refuse from processing plant. <br />THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF TFIE COLORADO AIR <br />QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR QUALITY CONTROL ACT C.R.S. (25-7-101) <br />et sea), TO THOSE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS <br />DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />This permit is exclusively for activities directly connected with the operation, restoration and <br />revegetation of Refuse Pit No. 5 (designated as RP-51. All other activities, including hauling in of <br />refuse must have separate permits. <br />2. The particulate emission control measures listed on Attachment A (as proposed in the Particulate <br />Emission Control Plan submitted to the Division) shall be applied to the particulate emission <br />producing sources as required by Regulation No. 1. <br />l 3• Adequate surface moisture shall be maintained to effectively suppress fugitive dust emissions. <br />4. At all times, including periods of start-up, shutdown, and malfunction, the facility and control <br />equipment shall, to the extent practicable, be maintained and operated in a manner consistent with <br />good air pollution control practices for minimizing emissions. Determination of whether or not <br />acc ance proc ures are being used will be based on information <br />available to the Division, which may include, but is not limited to, monitoring results, opacity <br />observations, review of operating and maintenance plocedures, and inspection of the source. <br />5. A Revised Air Pollutant Emission Notice shall be filed when a significant change in emissions <br />occurs, as required by Regulation No. 3. <br />103/0014/008 <br />
