The attached information is being <br />provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division") and the local county clerk or recorder. <br />The applicanUoperator proposes to reclaim the affocted land to FXTR A C`T f:R A V FT. use. Pursuant t0 <br />Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before <br />approving of the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed <br />opetation.
