F7:clcsed is a copy of the contract which you will be required to complete in
order to use the gravel pit. If this contract is satisfactory, please sign,
date, and return it along with $99.00 for the estimated gravel you will
remove. We will then sign the contract and return a copy to you. Prior to
the contract expiration date, you will need to supply us with a summary of
the amount of gravel you actually hauled. The following years contract,
1987-88, will be adjusted to reflect any changes in this quantity along with
your subsequent projections for gravel.
You are provided with authorization to access the gravel pit across public
Land. The access route used by the Highway Department last year and flagged
by BLM personnel is the route to which we are referring. This authorization
applies only to public land. You will need to obtain written permission to
cross the small piece of private land located near Aighway 69.
Public entities such as the County Road Department will need to obtain a
separate permit from us if they use the gravel pit. We are currently issuing
a free use permit to ~'6-C°°^ County.
We appreciate the cooperation you have shown and anticipate a good working
