Pacific <br />Basin Resources and Bear Coal Company are partners of Somerset <br />Mining Company, a Colorado partnership. Bear Coal Company is the <br />managing partner of Somerset Mining Company and owns approximately <br />44 percent of the company. Pacific Basin owns approximately 56 <br />percent interest. The Somerset Mine does not have any outstanding <br />fines and/or penalties, a suspended or revoked mining permit, or a <br />forfeited mining bond. <br />059.510c <br />
