Colorado Lien Company completed corrective actions listed on page 3 in the 09f03/2002 Inspection
Report of our Rifle Quarry (M-1985-038) on October 08, 2002.
Outdoor Services (431 Harmony Drive, Rfle, CO 81650, [phone]), sprayed weeds within the
pemtit area with a combination of Amine, Vanquish and Escort on 10/08/2002. Another application has
been scheduled for June 2003. Steve Anthony (Garfield County Vegetation Management, (970) 625-
3969, has made arrangements with the Bureau of Land Management to spray the weeds between the
Fish Hatchery and the permit area.
Additional water bars and silt fence were installed and existing water bars were enlarged to conVol
storm water and reduce site erosion. Pictures begin on the west end of the quany and move eastward.
