<br />znuK4318 rASE911 <br />EXHIBIT THREE <br />EASEMENT <br />TO <br />URBAN DRAINAGE AND PLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT <br />Land in Sections 1 and 4 Sn Township 2 South, Range 67 West of the <br />Sixth Principal Meridian, Adams County, Colorado. <br />Easement to Urban Drainage and Flaod Control District to provide <br />access to the area shown in Exhibit One and described in Exhibit <br />Two for construction, operation or maintenance of major drainageway <br />facilities and related appurtenances. <br />The easement is for a roadway in Sections 7 and 4, Township 2 <br />South, Range 67 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Adams County, <br />Colorado, which roadway is 25 Peet wide, the South line and the <br />East line of which are described as follows: <br />1. Beginning at a point in Section 3 25 feet <br />South of the North line of that parcel of land <br />conveyed to Mobile Premix Concrete, Inc. by <br />deed recorded in Book 3874 at Page 113 (the <br />"Blair Parcel") which point is 20 feet West of <br />the Easterly line oP the Blair Parcel, <br />measured at right angles to said Easterly <br />line; <br />2. Thence West on a course 25 feet South of and <br />parallel with the North line of the Blair <br />Parcel a distance of 632.89 feet more or less <br />to a point 25 feet West of the West line of <br />the Blair Parcel; <br />3. Thence from the Northwest corner of the Hlair <br />Parcel N 00'03'54" W, a distance of 377 feet <br />to the North line of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of <br />~~ Section 3; <br />MPM1.033 <br />Movmber 5, 1995 <br />
