As such, MCC has already responded to each of <br />the Division's '`requests" in the form of a letter dated February 10, 1997 (copy <br />attached), during the meeting with Jonathan Kelly of Wright Water Engineers, Inc. <br />(WWE) and you regarding MCC's plans for the 1996 AHR, and during several <br />meetings with MCC and/or WWE to discuss plans for and responses to the PHC <br />(TR#80). <br />S~ kt ~Q 1. MCC has revised the permit document to include sampling procedures for mine <br />~p1 11pp'',^,a inflow water. Table 5 has been updated to include the sampling of the mine <br />-.~ ~~~ ~ ~U ~ G'f ' inflow, (Table 5 was also revised to reflect the changes made to the surface ~, K <br />~ ~ 2 ~t '~ ~~" ~,,~'"_ u water stations this fall.)The sampling frequency will vary based on the <br />~ Flo ~, SuFI ~~~ l w ~. ~ ~ occurrence of inflows and well only be sampled if the inflow is of sufficient, <br />~~ ~ Pie°t~ 3 jf+r' t,.i~t discernable flow (> 5 gpm) and/or lasts longer than 7 days.
