The acreage specified in this legal <br />is + or - 40 acres. This amendment is to add an additional 35 <br />acres to an existing permit of 30 acres. The .Division <br />requests that you submit the complete legal descrip~ion for <br />the total acreage and a breakdown of the already permitted <br />acreage and the new area to be permitted. <br />EXHIBIT B - Index Map (Rule 6.4.2): An index map showing the <br />regional location of the affected land and all roads and other <br />access to the area. A standard U.S. Geological Survey <br />topographic quadrangle or equivalent is acceptable. Scale <br />criteria need not be followed for this map. <br />EXHIBIT C - Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected <br />Lands (Rule 6.4.3) : One or more maps may be nece:asary to <br />legibly portray the following information: <br />(a) all immediately adjacent surface owners of record; <br />
