Mount Sneffels Mining Company, LLC <br />is now the permitted operator of the Ruby Trust Mine, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in M-1979-181, as <br />well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed are the following bonds and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. <br />Bond Tvoe Bond Number Bond Amount <br />Bank One now Community First Bank Certificate of Deposit 4405965 $2,500.00 <br />These have been released as of August 8, 2007 Division approval for the succession of operators.
