5. Please clarify the volume and extent of remaining rubble piles that will require leveling during <br />final reclamation. <br />6. Please clarify the number of flatbed trailer loads of non-roadable vehicles, machinery, and <br />trash with will need to be removed during final reclamation. <br />Once again, I will look forward to your response on or before May 16, 2005 to allow adequate <br />time for review before the May 23, 2005 decision date. Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and <br />additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the County Clerk and <br />Recorder.
