Cattany <br />Acting Division Director <br />As stated in our recent telephone conversation, the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology will be conducting a follow-up inspection of the Southfield Mine on 5 <br />December 2002 at 9:30 a.m. The purpose of this inspection will be to evaluate <br />reclamation on areas that were not inspected on 13 November 2002 (due to a lack of <br />daylight) and to survey azeas of the reclamation in response to landowner comments and <br />concerns. <br />Please contact me at (303) 866-4929 if you have any questions or need any additional <br />information. <br />Sincerely, <br />James R.
