M-81-154 <br />Dear Mr. Horner: <br />We have received your conversion application for the Norwood Pit, which is <br />located in San Miguel Counts. All comment and review periods began on <br />August 3, 1992. The deci<ion dot= for tnis application is scheduled '_ <br />November 2, !992. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper <br />of general circulation in the locality cf the proposed mining operation once a <br />week for four consecutive weeks. Immediatet)t after the first publication, <br />mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights to the <br />affected land and all owners of record of lands that are 'within 200 feet of <br />the boundary of the affected land.
