D. Hayes of Bonds, <br />Matthews, Bonds and Hayes, for outstanding civil penalties connected to Randall and Blake <br />of Oklahoma. The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology continues to have an <br />interest in the outcome of this hearing due to an Applicant/Violator system link with <br />Landmark Reclamation, Inc., an operator of a mine in Colorado. <br />Please, notify the Division of the date this hearing has been rescheduled for.
