The Division <br />has decided to deny the bond release request at this time because <br />of concerns outlined in the Findings Document. <br />In order to address the concerns outlined in the Findings Document, <br />the Division recommends that NCIG submit a technical revision to <br />address the following items: <br />1) Stabilization of the terrace outslopes; <br />2) Backfilling of the cut slope at the east end of the mine; <br />3) Removal of culvert C3; and <br />4) Disposal of waste rock. <br />The current permit contains conflicting information in the <br />reclamation plan regarding the above items. The technical revision <br />should remove any ambiguity in the reclamation plan.
