Box 758, <br />Greeley, CO 80632; (970) 356-4000, submitted a request for partial acreage release for the Geisert Pit, Pemlit <br />No. M-1978-210. The construction materials extraction operation is located at or near Section 31, Township 6N, <br />Range 65W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release maybe submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible. The Division is required to wait IS days after <br />the release decision is made to allow for comments or objections. <br />
