1 <br />in any way nor grant any property or contract right relating to <br />the Property or other interests without the prior written <br />consent of Buyer. <br />(b) Compliance with Government Regulations. To the best of <br />Seller's current, actual knowledge there are no orders or <br />directives of any city, county, state or federal authority, for <br />repairs, maintenance work, or improvements to be performed <br />on the Property. To the best of Seller's current, actual <br />knowledge, Seller has received no written notice from any <br />municipal, state or other statutory authority relating to defects <br />in any improvements, or noncompliance with any building <br />code or restriction, applicable to the Property that has not <br />been corrected, or any threat of or impending expropriation or <br />condemnation of the Property, with the sole exception being <br />Buyer's pending condemnation action; provided, however, <br />Buyer and Seller acknowledge their awareness of the <br />following potential future condemnation actions: <br />(i) The City of Thornton's resolution number 98-016, of <br />February 9, 1998, concerning the acquisition or <br />condemnation of the Property; <br />(ii) Adams County's plans to extend 120th Avenue <br />through a portion of the northern section of the <br />Property; <br />(iii) The anticipated conveyance in lieu of condemnation by <br />Seller to Adams County of a 20-foot strip of property <br />along Brighton Road; <br />(iv) Adams County's request for a recreational trail <br />easement along the north westerly portion of the <br />property in Section 4; and <br />(v) Urban Drainage and Flood Control District's request for <br />flood easements in the NW1/4 of Section 3. <br />(c) Condition of Property. Seller will provide Buyer with a Seller's <br />property disclosure form completed by Seller to the best of <br />io <br />
