As noted, number 6 of the list
states, "monitoring reports for the main embankment piezometers (once a month) alFtd the tailings
piezomete3s (once every quarter)." Pursuant to TR-16, this should read, "them embankment
piezometers will be monitored once a month and the tailings piezometers monito~ed once every
quarter. Data will be reported to the DMG every year in the annual report."' In addition,
pursuant to TR-16, the flow late from the tailings impoundment to the collection pond must be
monitored monthly and the data sent to the Division every year in the annual re~ort.
Please note the changes.
If you have any questions give me a call.
Sincerely, _
~~
James D11Le
Environmental Protection Specialist
JD/jtm
M ~OSVIM~063095JD
