<br />NEW PRYOR STRIP RECLAMATION COMPLIANCE PLAN <br />By order of the Mined Land Reclamation Board, American Fuels, Inc. or its <br />surety must comply with the following schedule for reclamation of the New <br />Pryor Strip Mine under penalty of bond forfeiture: <br />1) Complete backfilling the existing mining pit with overburden and <br />prepare the surface for topsoil replacement in accordance with the <br />approved permit by August 20, 1985. <br />2) Replace subsoil and topsoil on the backfilled pit area, grade to <br />final contour and prepare the surface for final reclamation in <br />accordance with the approved permit by September 24, 1985. <br />3) Dismantle and or/remove office and shop structure, clean up coal <br />and pad materials and dispose of properly and in accordance with the <br />approved plan by September 24, 1985. <br />4) Seed and mulch all topsoiled areas, and area of stockpiles in a <br />manner consistent with the approved permit by October 22, 1985. <br />5) Reclaim all sedimentation structures upon the determination that <br />reclamation has been successfully accomplished in accordance with the <br />approved permit. <br />6) Submit weekly progress reports to the Division during activities <br />conducted under steps 1 through 4 above, outlining specific <br />accomplishements in terms of volume of material moved, areas graded, <br />topsoiled, seeded and mulched. <br />7) If any part of the above schedule is not complied with the matter <br />will come before the Board at a subsequent meeting to consider bond <br />forfeiture. <br />2159E <br />~~1 ~;ti'~''~ <br />I ~~ <br />~~;,~ <br />
