This approval is contingent on <br />obtaining approval of the plan from the Colorado Division of <br />Mines and Minerals. <br />The submittal consisted of a two-page cover letter, dated <br />September 3, 2004; and three drawings. The plan addresses <br />pumping water from the underground 81k Creek Mine sump into the <br />Abandoned underground Somerset Mine workings. The estimated <br />volume of water to be pumped is approximately tkiree million <br />gallons.
