Hox 187, Rockvale, Co., 81244-0187, has filed with the Colorado <br />Laad Reclamation Division, an Application, for a technical revision to Permit <br />No. C-83-058 to conduct coal mining under the provision of the Colorado Reclama- <br />tion Act of 1979. <br />The legal description of the Twin Pines No. 2 Mine is as follows: Section <br />2, Township 20 South, Range 70 West of the 6th Principal Meridan. The USGS 7.5 <br />Minute quadrangle Map "Rockvale" contains the described area of the Mine. <br />The proposed revision is for the Sedimentation Pond, Emergency Spillway. <br />A copy of the Application is available for public inspection at the office of <br />the Fremont County Clerk and Recorder, Fremont County Courthouse. <br />Written comments or objections on the Application may be submitted to the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division, Room 215, 1313 Shermaa Street, Denver, Co. <br />80203. Written comments or objections for an informal conference must be filed <br />at the Division within 10 days of this notice. <br />
